What is a good shampoo/conditioner for dry hair?

i would like to suggest tepid to cool water when shampooing, no larger than a quarter of the shampoo. A shampoo that does not contain sodium chloride. these are some good ones

This is assuming you don't have a lot of chemical treatments already or heat damage from hair dryers. To restructure the moisture in your hair,try two tablespoons of mayonaise on your dry hair on the scalp, wrap your hair in plastic then a towel on top of that. Leave on for one hour. rinse until your hair squeaks, then shampoo two to three times, followed by one light conditioning. then style it. Redken has a lot of shampoos and conditioners for dry hair. I personally use Redken All Soft Shampoo and conditioner for my dry hair. They also have Redken Extreme for really dry hair. And Clear Moisture for slightly dry hair.
