Which Tresemme shampoo and conditioner is best for damaged, dry hair?

So i'm considering switching to tresemme and i have dry, damaged hair, so i was wondering which shampoo and conditioner would be best for my hair type. Also, are tresemme really of salon quality?

Do not switch to another drug store brand...they are all crap!! They are full of waxes that coat the hair, full of fillers, and they use the harshest detergents possible...because they are unbuffered and CHEAP!!


Get to a salon or a place like Ulta or Trade Secret and get a professional recommendation.


Dryness is caused from dehydrated hair...or lack of moisture. It leads to dullness and eventually breakage.


You should also make sure if you are coloring your hair, you are letting your stylist do it because the professional brand of colors are much milder than the really alkaline drying ones one the commercial market.


Heating appliances will also contribute to extreme dryness especially if you are using supermarket brand hair care...which has not moisture. You must use a thermal protectant if you use these. Make sure it is a professional brand as it will be better quality, will seal the hair shaft keeping the moisture in the hair...and buffer the heat. The cheap ones use very bad alcohols which dry and fillers as well...not good.


You hair, in order to be healthy, has to be ph balanced, rehydrated with moisture, and get that cuticle closed...which leaves you with shiny healthy looking hair.


You probably need to start with a trim with good products for maintaience. Maybe have a good under the dryer treatment done to fast track replenishment of moisture.Which Tresemme shampoo and conditioner is best for damaged, dry hair?
