there are a number of things you can do. Use a shampoo or dry hair, ease back on any and all styling products as they can dry hair out. Shampoo only every other day. Conditioning can actually dry out hair if done daily, the reason being it depletes the natural oils that would come from the scalp. Also, I have had very thick hair all my life. I would ;love sleek hair also, but unfortunately there really is not a lot you can do about the texture of your hair, it is what it is. You can see all the shampoo in the market are not same. If you take one complany, they are having 4 to 5 types. You please check up, it's described in the shampoo bottle itself, for dry hair, for more oily hair, shine hair, etc. Your hair is getting dry after shampoo means, first change your shampoo. Some times, big shampoo companies are giving free consultation in a particular period. you can get advise with them also is better. Take a particular compay all veriety shampoo and test it, no problem. Which ever is suiting to you, that can be regularised. take care.
You need to only shampoo every other day. Also, use a moisturizing shampoo. When you shampoo, only use a quarter size amount, focusing on your roots and scalp, opposed to the rest of your hair. Then follow up with a conditioner and leave in conditioner.

Use contidioner...the things people dont know about conditioner is that you need to leave it in your hair for 5-10 minutes before you rinse it out. and make sure you use enough of it. if you have long hair you need to use a good 2-3 ounces. also, try not washing your hair every day, just every other day.
only use shampoo twice a week at the most. You can rinse your hair in water under the shower and use conditioner every day to keep it smooth and stop it drying out. Don't use straighteners or blow dryers EVER as they will always dry your hair out. Use a deep conditioning treatment. Good brands include Redkin, Joico and Neutrogena.

1st let me knw if u use oil............welllllllllllllllllllllll鈥?u use it daily better stop coz i 've obsrved that putting oil daily causes dry hairs.........................use oil once in a week ................use Sunsilk lemon........................n while shampooing u'r hairs, mix shampoo with sm water drops..................apply it thoroughly on u'r hairs.......keep the shampoo in u'r hairs for 2-5 mins.............Observe the difference

Use after-shampoo hair rinses.
you need to use a moisturizing shampoo. use one made for dry hair. also use a conditioner. try not to blow dry your hair every day.
Shampoo every other day (at the most), but conditioner everyday. Also, rinse the conditioner off with cool water instead of hot/warm.
