I dye my hair and it is dry/damaged.
What shampoo is best for my hair? What shampoo should i buy for coloured dry/damaged hair?
Ask your hairdresser. What shampoo should i buy for coloured dry/damaged hair?
You may be washing your hair more than you need to. My sister goes to a top well known stylist and he suggests washing damaged hair with just conditioner every other time, and see how that works for you. If that doesn't work, water down your shampoo for colored hair and only use a little bit.
I like Garnier Fructis for colored hair. Also, after shampooing and conditioning, use Infusium 23 Leave-In Treatment. It really works well. Garnier Fructis leave in conditioners are really good too. I have long hair, so much of it is *old*, but these products work really well and keep my hair looking healthy, and they're inexpensive. I've tried everything at all prices, but stuck with these the longest because my hair looks shiny and healthy.
Don't blow dry your hair until it's totally dry, especially the ends. Try not to blow dry it every day if possible. I find that using a hot air styling brush instead of a curling iron damages my hair less and gives a nicer curl. (You use it on dry hair, like a curling iron, start with hot air then cool. You can get them at Target, etc.) Using a hot air styling brush with a large diameter brush attachment can make your hair look like you've done a curling brush and blow dry straighten, only it takes much less time.
don't use head and shoulders as this will strip some of the tint out of your hair and make it even more dry you need a shampoo for tinted hair if you cant get TGI DUMB BLONDE SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER which will make your hair lovely and soft then try a shampoo for tinted hair like elvi and there conditioner for tinted hair also get a hair mask for tinted hair and leave it on hair for a bit use it at least 2 times a week till hair gets nicer.if you don't use a shampoo and conditioner for tinted hair the colour will come out quicker hope this helps im a hairdresser
Treseme, for dry and damaged hair! its perfect. a good sized bottle too, its around 拢3 a bottle. I use it often, and the conditioner! that just finishes it off and makes your hair so smooth and soft.
You could also try some oils, leave on for a few hours,or over night. then wash your hair as usual the next morning. olive oil is brilliant. makes your hair sooooo soft. I love it!
Or, another good shampoo, nicky clarke! 拢1.99 a bottle, and makes your hair in fab condition. Get the conditioner too, its really good. leave on for about 5min then wash it off. works wonders.
hope i helped x
It's not the shampoo that takes care of damaged hair, it's the conditioner. Those types of shampoos dry your hair out even more. I have a stimulating shampoo you would love on my website www.ttthair.com made by design essentials that perfect for your situation. Also the paul mitchell conditioner on my site helps
use a mild shampoo like baby shampoo or a hair and body wash. try a hot oil treatment on your hair it might help. stop dying your hair and accept what you look like. you probably look better than you think you do. it seems for some reason girls are very superficial and go overboard on their looks. i feel sorry for girls and grown women who spend tons of money on their looks. it gets totally insane after a bit. when you see lip injection, color contacts, breast implants, body piercings, tattoos, waxing off all their eye brows and drawing them back on with pencils, putting make up on so thick i have no idea what or who is under all that crap. is it a guy or a girl? i feel like asking would you mind dropping your pants because i'm not sure what sex you are? or would you mind taking off all the fake stuff and make up so i can see what you actually look like?
i use victoria secret's so sexy. it costs a bit more, but they have it for dry//damaged//colored hair and it smells AMAZING. i seriously get compliments just on how my hair smells.

Ohh please go buy matrix sleek and shine. Its a little expensive but it the best shampoo and conditioner for dry hair. I promise. I do so much damage to my hair and I've tryed every shampoo and conditioner. This is the only one that can make my hair feel silky like it did when I was little!
the BEST shampoo is made by schwarzkopf and its a little expensive, but very much worth it. it says Bonacure on the front and its hair therapy!!!
Kiwi is really good but really expensive, same with Biolage
Go with Dove, they have an intense conditioner
You need conditioner more than shampoo. There's treatments you can do on your hair as well... like putting oil in it or mayonnaise.
you should use dove that makes you hair healthier and it doesnt strip the color out like head and shoulders and panten my hair stylist told me this.
Panteen Pro V Color Revival works amazingly for dry color treated hair.
any shampoo, get a good thick leave in conditioner, those cream ones.
