The main ingredient in dry shampoo is corn starch which you can get in any grocery store. The other ingredient is a propellant, which depletes the ozone layer around the earth. Use corn starch. Apply liberally, let it sit a few minutes to absorb the oil in your hair, then brush it out. I don't live in Idaho. But go to Sephora and they have tons of different dry shampoos, even natural ones that wont hurt the earth.
