If you use any kind of shampoo more than once a week than your hair will get dry.The best way to way to have your hair the way you want to is to shampoo once a week and condition twice a week.
I have used it. It comes in a can and you spray it on your hair then towel it and brush it out. Dry shampo is dry because you do not use water with it. It is a powder.
