Try aussie cleanse and mend. It worked wonders on my hair. I am still using it even though It fixed my hair sitch. Hope that helps!!
Well first, you have to keep it healthy. You should use a shampoo that will put moisture into your hair. Use a hydrating shampoo.

Cut off all split ends by getting your hair trimmed at least 1/4'; every 6 weeks.

Ways to Keep Your Hair Healthy:

Straight / loose wavy hair:

Shampoo 2-3 times a week, condition every time you get your hair wet.

Curly / tight wavy hair:

Shampoo 1 time a week but condition every time you shower. If you need to shampoo more than 1 time a week, make sure to use a moisturizing shampoo.

Shampoo removes oils from hair that it needs to be healthy. If you do this everyday, it will make your hair dry and damaged.

When you condition your hair, comb through it with a wide tooth comb.

Use a deep conditioner once a week.

NEVER use a brush on wet hair, use the wide tooth comb. Normally, dry hair can be stretched 1/5 of it's length before breaking. Wet hair can stretch between 40-50% of it's length. This makes it easier to break when dry.

Use moisturizing products like a leave in conditioner on your hair.

Try not to expose your hair to heat everyday, but when you do, use a product that will protect your hair from the heat.

Try not to dye your hair or perm your hair often, these processes are damaging to your hair and can dry it out.

To straighten your hair, blow-dry it first w/ a flat brush. First, go over your hair with the blow-dryer until it is just damp, then use the brush. Finish it off with the straightener if you want.

Hope this helps!
herbal esscences or however you spell it.

they have different kinds for different hair types
I use Pantene and I think it works pretty well. Maybe you should cut off split ends and don't straighten it, etc. so often?
Just about any cheap shampoo should be okay but I recommend using the tube of Pantene Pro V for rinsing (you let it set 3 minutes before you rinse it out).
';Redeken All Soft'; shampoo...(I swear by it. You have to use it for a while until you start to see the rsulsts of it softening the hair cuticle. I use to do serious hair maks all the time trying to make my frizzy, dry chemicaly treated hair silky, but after about 10-20 washes with regular use you REALLY notice a difference in how your hair feels (mine is now naturally silky and light- very soft even if I just get out of the shower and let it air dry). As for conditioner, I use nice n easy colour seal ( like the hair dye conditinoer that they let you now by without the hair dye) once a week and leave it on for about an hour and the other days in the week that I wash my hair I use plain old Herbal Instincts hello hydration (or something like that)... in the blue bottle. ALSO, use a leave in! I feel hey really help...AND serum such as biosilk if you striaghten.
i use suave or herbal essence it makes my hair soft and shiny and bouncy and volumized
you should try tea tree or paul mitchell i use those and i had the worst hair before i started using those brand and for paul mitchell................................鈥?u use it try the frizz control gel.....................ohhh and also u could try redken
