I use TREsemme shampoo and conditioner, and then when im out of the shower i use the spray on conditioner so that it doesn't tangle....also, the best trick is when you get in the shower DO YOUR HAIR FIRST, and leave the conditioner in throughout your whole shower, so that it has time to sit, and makes your hair so much more manageable!

Redken's All Soft Shampoo, Conditioner, and Heavy creme.


Use the shampoo with the Heavy creme as the conditioner. THis stuff is amazing!
Avoid shampoos containing oils--oils tend to remove color. Redken makes great shampoos for color-treated, damaged hair.
I really love Redkins All Soft.
i go more cheaper in shampoo, i use dove theraphy shampoo and conditioner.
Pantene Pro-V with amino proteins - really really moisterizes well! I have really thick hair that can get very dry but this shampoo and conditioner keep it so soft it's great! Plus they have ones for color treated hair too!

Try a couple they really work, I bleach and dye my hair all the time so my hair is really dried out and frizzy. I started using these home remedies I found @ Care2.com and my hair looks and feels a lot better. Thank Goodness..
